Description
VEJA Recife is a clean, minimalist low silhouette with no superfluous details, closed with velcro straps. In the white/babe colourway, the white ChromeFree leather is softened by a delicate pink (babe) accent; the straps are also ChromeFree leather.
The upper is ChromeFree leather, the panels leather and suede, the «V» element suede, and the straps ChromeFree leather. The lower part uses Amazonian rubber, sugarcane, recycled E.V.A. and organic cotton; the lining is 100% recycled polyester. Made in Brazil.
The ChromeFree cattle leather is smooth and light, from Rio Grande do Sul. Its innovative tanning cuts chemicals and energy, water use by around 40% and salt by 80%, while the used water can be recycled — free of chromium, heavy metals and hazardous acids.
