Description
Volley is the first model in VEJA's history, released in 2005 and inspired by 1970s Brazilian volleyball shoes. The Detox version revives that retro spirit in a light, sporty silhouette.
The upper is suede, with additional panels in Organic Traced (O.T.) leather. The sole is built on Amazonian rubber, sugarcane-based E.V.A. and recycled materials, the lining is fully recycled polyester and the laces organic cotton. Assembled in Brazil.
Suede is the inner, sanded layer of the leather, with a soft, smooth surface; it is tanned in Brazil without banned chemicals and with responsible water use, then coated with a PFC-free water-repellent oil to protect against light rain.
