Key points at a glance

1. Payment methods
Our delivery works as a home try-on: first you try on, then you decide, and only after that do you pay for what you keep.
After the try-on, you tell the courier which pairs you are keeping. You can pay for the goods you keep in one of two ways: via a PayLink Ameria link that we send you after you have made your selection, or in cash to the courier. You pay only for the pairs you keep for yourself. There is no charge for pairs that did not fit and that the courier takes back on the spot.
We inform you of the available payment methods at the start of the checkout process, before the order is confirmed, so that you know in advance how and when to pay.
- PayLink Ameria — card payment via a secure payment link from Ameriabank. Once you have chosen which pairs to keep, we send you the link; payment takes place on the bank's side. Your card details are processed by the bank — the mist website does not see, collect, or store them. The payment link is personal, tied to your specific order, valid for a limited time (we inform you of the period when we send it), and is not intended to be shared with third parties.
- Cash to the courier at the moment the paid-for goods are handed over. When you pay in cash, the courier gives you change and simultaneously hands over the ՀԴՄ fiscal receipt for the amount paid. We recommend that you check the amount and the receipt on the spot: the ՀԴՄ fiscal receipt and the electronic order records serve as confirmation of the amount paid.
When you select the "card" payment option on the website, this means that after you confirm the selected pairs we will send you a PayLink Ameria payment link. There is no separate online acquiring (entering card details directly on mist.am) as yet — it may be introduced later, of which we will give advance notice in this section.
2. When and for what you pay
- You choose up to three pairs and place an order or a try-on request (Try at Home) — this is free and places you under no obligation.
- A mist courier brings the pairs to your home or to your door. Delivery within our zone is free.
- You try them on at your leisure on the spot.
- You tell the courier which pairs you are keeping and pay for those pairs only — via a PayLink Ameria link or in cash.
A payment obligation arises only for the pairs you keep and only at the moment you have decided to keep them. Pairs that did not fit are taken back by the courier immediately and free of charge — there is no charge for them. If nothing fits, you pay nothing at all, including for the courier's visit.
Point of payment, title, and unpaid goods. The obligation to pay arises at the moment you decide to keep a pair. Title to a pair you keep passes to you upon its full payment; until full payment, the goods remain the property of the Seller. If a selected pair is not paid for — for example, the PayLink Ameria payment link is not paid within its validity period, or the buyer refuses to pay in cash for goods that have already been handed over — the contract of sale with respect to that pair is deemed not to have been concluded: the pair is not transferred to the buyer (and, where transfer has already taken place, is subject to return to the courier), no ՀԴՄ fiscal receipt is issued for it, and its reservation is released. Declining to pay for goods that did not fit or were not selected entails no payment and no penalty for you. This rule does not affect pairs you have already paid for or your rights in respect of them.
Once the validity period of an unpaid payment link expires, the order — as regards the unpaid pairs — is deemed not to have gone ahead; where necessary, we can issue a new link at your request.
3. Prices and taxes
- All prices on the website are stated in Armenian drams (AMD).
- The stated price is final and includes all taxes provided for by law.
- There are no hidden fees or surcharges beyond the price shown. You see the full final order total before you confirm it.
- The price is fixed at the moment the Seller confirms (accepts) the order and is not thereafter changed unilaterally. This rule operates in your favour: once an order has been confirmed, we have no right to unilaterally increase the price of a paid or confirmed order.
Manifest pricing errors. In rare cases, for an obvious technical reason (a typo, a data-synchronisation failure, or a manifest deviation from the item's usual price that would be evident to a good-faith buyer), the website may display a plainly erroneous price. Such a manifestly erroneous price does not constitute an offer binding on the Seller. In this case, prior to confirming (accepting) the order, we are entitled not to confirm the order at the erroneous price and to offer you the same item at the correct price; you are free to accept the correct price or to decline the order without any consequences or payment. If an erroneously stated price has already been paid by you, we refund the amount paid promptly and in full. This concerns solely objective, obvious errors — correctly stated prices are not changed after an order is confirmed.
4. ՀԴՄ fiscal receipt
After payment, the courier issues a paper fiscal receipt (ՀԴՄ) for the goods actually paid for. The receipt is issued only for the pairs you have kept and paid for.
The receipt contains the information about the Seller and the purchase required by law (the IE's details, ՀՎՀՀ, the amount, the date and time, the fiscal number, and other particulars). Keep the receipt: it confirms the purchase and will be needed for a return, an exchange, or a quality-related claim.
No receipt is issued for pairs you did not keep and did not pay for.
5. Refunds
If you paid for a pair and subsequently exercised your right of return or exchange, we refund the amount paid. The detailed terms and procedure are set out in the Returns and Exchanges section.
Return collection of the goods within our delivery zone is carried out by a mist courier free of charge for the buyer. You pay nothing for the courier's visit: all costs of return collection are borne by the Seller.
The method of refund depends on how you paid:
- if you paid in cash — the refund is made in cash or by another method agreed with you;
- if you paid via a PayLink Ameria link — the refund is made by a method compatible with payment through PayLink Ameria, or by another method agreed with you.
Refunds are made to the same person who made the payment. To protect buyers and the Seller against fraud, we may reasonably verify the identity of the refund recipient and that the goods presented for return are indeed the goods that were paid for; such verification is carried out within the return period established by law and does not extend it.
We refund funds within the period provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Armenia and, in any event, no later than one calendar month after receiving the returned goods. The conditions for accepting goods for return (preservation of the goods' presentation, consumer properties, tags, and other conditions) are set out in the Returns and Exchanges section.
These terms do not diminish your rights guaranteed by the consumer-protection legislation of the Republic of Armenia: anything we offer above the statutory minimum is a voluntary undertaking by mist in your favour. In particular, the right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days and the guarantee of the goods' quality apply as described in the Returns and Exchanges section and are not limited by this document.
6. Card details and payment security
When paying via a PayLink Ameria link, the payment takes place on the secure side of Ameriabank. Your card details are entered in the bank's payment form and processed by the bank; the mist.am website does not request, receive, or store card details.
The website itself operates over a secure connection (HTTPS). The final amount does not change at the checkout stage, and there are no hidden mark-ups.
Official channels and fraud protection. We send the official PayLink Ameria payment link only from our official contacts stated at the beginning of this document (phone/WhatsApp +374 94 987490, email mistevn@gmail.com). We never ask you for your PIN, full card number, CVC/CVV, or one-time SMS codes outside Ameriabank's secure payment form, and we do not ask you to transfer payment to personal accounts or via links from outside sources. If you have received a "mist payment link" from another source or with suspicious details, do not pay it and contact us via our official contacts.
Payment disputes. We respect your right to dispute a card transaction with your bank. At the same time, in the event of an unjustified payment dispute (chargeback) for goods you have actually received and kept, we are entitled to present the bank and the competent authorities with the available evidence of the completed transaction (the ՀԴՄ fiscal receipt, confirmation of the courier's handover of the goods, electronic order records). This does not limit your statutory rights to return, exchange, and warranty.
If full online card payment directly on the website is enabled in the future, we will describe its terms and the payment provider here in advance. In that case, too, card details will be processed by the payment provider and not by the mist.am website.
7. Order verification and abuse prevention
To protect buyers and the Seller against fraud and abuse, we may — before sending the payment link or before handing over the goods — reasonably verify the order: confirm the correctness of the name, phone number, and delivery address, as well as the fact that the order was placed by you (for example, by a short call or message to the number provided). Such checks are carried out to the extent necessary for the stated purposes; the categories of data processed, the legal basis, and the retention periods are described in the Privacy Policy.
Information about the placing, payment, and handover of an order (electronic order records, payment data via PayLink Ameria on the bank's side, the ՀԴՄ fiscal receipt, confirmation of the courier's handover of the goods) is retained and may be used as evidence of the fact, content, and amount of the transaction — in particular, when considering claims and returns, and when contesting unjustified payment demands. The processing of this data is carried out in accordance with the Privacy Policy (purpose, legal basis, retention period, minimisation).
In certain objectively confirmed cases of systematic abuse — repeated refusal to pay for goods already handed over, the placing of knowingly false orders, or the reservation of stock through orders with no intention of purchase — we are entitled to offer to process such a person's subsequent orders only on terms of advance payment via a PayLink Ameria link. This measure is applied solely on the basis of documented facts, is proportionate in nature, and does not affect your consumer rights under transactions already concluded and paid for. The general rules on acceptable use of the website and the service are set out in the Public Offer and the Website Terms of Use.
The courier is entitled to postpone or not complete the acceptance of payment and the handover of goods in an objectively unsafe situation (aggressive behaviour, a threat to the courier's safety); in such a case, we will agree with you on an alternative time or method of handover and payment. The delivery terms and zone are described in the Delivery section.
8. Technical failures and force majeure affecting payment
Card payment via a PayLink Ameria link takes place on Ameriabank's side and depends on the operation of banking and payment systems, which the Seller does not control. In the event of a temporary unavailability of the payment system, a banking-service failure, or other force-majeure circumstances, payment via the link may be temporarily impossible. In such cases, we will offer you an alternative available payment method (for example, cash to the courier) or agree on a convenient time for payment; your order and the price fixed for it are not thereby worsened. The circumstances referred to concern only the technical ability to carry out a payment and do not affect your rights under orders already paid for.

9. Settlement document
For a purchase by a natural person, the ՀԴՄ fiscal receipt is sufficient — no separate settlement document need be drawn up. If you require an additional payment document, write to us at mistevn@gmail.com and we will help.
